When using dugite's embedded Git executable, the settings in .gitconfig are not respect, preventing toolings that hook into the system's Git from functioning.
dugite allows changing the path to point to a custom Git binary instead, and this commit exposes that setting to the end users through an additional field in Settings > Version Control.
