Consider Mosoo as an open runtime option #1

Hi maintainers, this demo is a clear example of turning Linear mentions into Claude Managed Agent sessions.

Mosoo is an open-source version of Claude Managed Agents. An optional Mosoo note or adapter path could make this Linear agent pattern easier to run outside one managed runtime.
