We met up for the first contributors conference call in a while to discuss progress. In attendance: @carlosmn, @ethomson, @pks-t.

• We need to do a better coordination of meetings. We'll start planning next month's meeting now. (See libgit2/discussions#7).
• Continuous integration improvements are top-of-mind for @ethomson and @pks-t. @ethomson will drive containerization of the Windows builds, while @pks-t will look at Linux.
• Next release: we'd like to gain traction on Pack file verification #4374 and Split the concerns of the commit creation functions #3075 for the next major release. We'd like to get near to a 1.0 - @carlosmn would like Split the concerns of the commit creation functions #3075 to be a breaking API change, @pks-t and @ethomson are increasingly nervous about that. Some thoughtfulness is necessary on how to proceed there.
• FIxing Warning: enum out of range #4657 should be in the next release. We have a short-term solution but a longer-term solution will be needed.
• Formatting: @pks-t investigated adding clang/llvm's formatter to validate our codestyle automatically but it was disappointingly complex. He will update the documentation around codestyle, though, which has some incorrect assertions like suggesting 4-space tabs.
