改动:

1. template/react 调用方式从之前const { newIndex: reactNewIndex } = require('./template/react17'); 改为 const reactSrcFile = require('./template/react17');，

新增：

1. 调用 require('./template/react17')，需要新增 isSass 和 isLess 属性
2. src下style模板支持snowpack打包。单独调用为require('./template/style')，需要传递isSass 和 isLess 属性
3. 新增react ts, sass, less的模板
4. .fecoderc.json的featureList新增sass,less属性

1. 添加 mergeBasicDependencies 方法处理3个打包工具共同使用的依赖包。 相关引用代码已统一处理好
