Just to help keeping track of what's happening in ggml, so I deliberately did not include ggml itself.
ggml-org/ggml@ac55e3c introduced a new quant type, making sd_type_t and ggml_type out of sync.
Not needed for #1287 , unless @superm1 updates the PR.
Also note that v0.9.8 itself has a regression affecting AMD on Vulkan, fixed by ggml-org/ggml@85b8492 .
