This pull request enhances the styling of the article card component for improved visual appeal and user experience.

Changes Made:

  1. Updated the CSS for the article card component to include a fixed height for consistent card sizes.
  2. Improved the shadow effect on the card’s outer border for a more pronounced appearance.

Thank you for your PR. Can you design the card content like the one attached here (use icons...)

For now, do keep everything left aligned as it is, no caps for title, even the button or if you want you can use the same style as the button in the form. Let me know if there's something you don't understand.
