Fixed the nitpicks. The extension is maintained and got a new release for PHP 8.5 https://github.com/NoiseByNorthwest/php-spx/releases/tag/v0.4.22 |

This PR adds support for https://github.com/NoiseByNorthwest/php-spx
I did not add it for all PHP versions yet. It would be best to review it once before I add all PHP versions.
