- New boot libraries: error_highlight and syntax_suggest
- New bundled_gems stdlib that warns for direct requires of libs that have been gemified.
- "New" rubyarchdir value in RbConfig::CONFIG to support the bundled_gems logic. We do not use this dir but it is defined for compatibility.
