Some are validly passing, but I also flipped any specs that depend on -X+O to use the "objectspace" tag instead of fails.
Any tags that pass only with --debug have been retagged as debug.
getrlimit with LOCKS appears to be unsupported by our code, even though the constant gets defined on Linux. The frozen string tags appear to fail in Travis but not locally.
