tests are a bit outdated

fixes

1) Failure:
TestRipper::ScannerEvents#test_event_coverage [/home/travis/build/jruby/jruby/test/mri/ripper/test_scanner_events.rb:18]:
event not tested: ignored_sp.
<true> expected but was
<false>.
