Just two trivial things I found while researching something else:
finalto three fields that are never mutated anywhere to make this class a little easier to follow when trying to debug concurreny issues like "org.jruby.runtime.scopes.DynamicScope1 only supports scopes with 1 variables" with Deeply Nested Blocks #4739 :)
