Environment Information

Provide at least:

  • JRuby versions:
    jruby 9.4.2.0 (3.1.0) 2023-03-08 90d2913fda OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 25.332-b09 on 1.8.0_332-b09 +jit [x86_64-mswin32]
    jruby 9.4.2.0 (3.1.0) 2023-03-08 90d2913fda OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 11.0.17+8 on 11.0.17+8 +jit [x86_64-mswin32]
    jruby 9.4.2.0 (3.1.0) 2023-03-08 90d2913fda OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 17.0.6+10 on 17.0.6+10 +jit [x86_64-mswin32]

Expected Behavior
I should be able to work with jirb without any warning.

Actual Behavior
At every line entered and at start of jirb I get the following output for the 3 versions of java on my system:
The signal TSTP is in use by the JVM and will not work correctly on this platform
