When a load path entry has a symlink (e.g. as in rvm's gem locations), JRuby 1.7.14 is incorrectly canonicalizing FILE for anything loaded from that entry. This caused issues like rubygems/bundler#3164 because FILE did not resolve to the expected path.

@enebo has a fix coming and I'm putting together a test.
