A number of extra/erroneous launch scripts are found in directory "bin/". Some examples:

• autospec.bat
• bundle.bat
• erubis.bat
• rails.bat
• rspec.bat
• sprockets.bat

This problem is probably a result of trying to fix Issue #1138.
