Add Hover Lift & Transition Styling to Cards Under “Why learn Java with Javaistic?” #731

Heyy!

While going through the section titled “Why learn Java with Javaistic?”, I noticed that the cards/content blocks underneath it could really benefit from a bit of interaction styling.

Right now, the cards are clean and structured but they feel a little static. I'd love to add some subtle hover-based transitions like:

  • A slight lift-up effect using translateY

  • A clean box-shadow glow

  • Smooth 3D-style scaling/rotation (nothing too fancy just enough to make it feel more polished)

  • This small touch can make the section feel way more dynamic and modern, especially when users are scrolling or hovering over each item.

💡 Why this is a good enhancement:

  • Adds better visual feedback when the user hovers over a card

  • Makes the UI feel more interactive and engaging

  • Maintains consistency with other modern UI elements on the page

  • Small change, but gives a nice "premium" feel to the learning platform

🧠 A bit about me:

I’ve already implemented similar effects in multiple projects (6+), so I’m confident I can do this in a clean, performance-friendly, and responsive way. It won’t break any layout just make it more lively

Would love to take this up under GSSoC if approved
