Q: What happens in Java when you do this?

- java.util.logging.Logger not fully implemented.

- this fix just removes Logger calls from javax.xml classes.

- addClassOrInterface issue for anonymous class within java.lang.XXX
class. will give wrong name, chopping off first three letters.
