  1. Replace Ctrl-d edit prompt with /edit command 

    - Modify EOFError handling to exit the program immediately when Ctrl-d is
  pressed.
- Introduce the /edit command to trigger git commit and open the default Git
  editor.
- Add the /edit keyword to the readline autocompletion list.
- Update README.md to document the new /edit command and the updated Ctrl-d
  behavior.

  2. Implement /skip command to exit without changes 

    - Add the /skip command to the autocompletion list in prompt_git_commit_message.
- Exit the application gracefully with a 0 status code when /skip is inputted.
- Update README.md to document the new /skip command.
