Feature request: Hatched lines in the bar chart #2008

I am having hard time creating hatched lines within the bar chart as I have some requirement with trading application for created hatched lines, mainly with respect to OI Chart. I have attached the image below of it

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried adding an overlay to the bar chart for this with stack for the hatched lines over it, it seems to be a complicated approach rather than adding an option to the rod itself using custom painter
