根据CoordinatorLayout和AppBarLayout的思想，完善惯性滑动，在惯性上滑时能够流畅的滑动，不需要RecyclerView到顶部后停止，但是需要minSDK到11，使用了属性动画，关于CoordinatorLayout和AppBarLayout可以参考这篇文章
