Add support for encodebin plugin #72
Description
gst-plugins-base 0.10.32 has a new plugin named encodebin that easily encodes
and muxes based on supplied capabilities. Issue is that gstreamer-java does not
provide GstEncodingProfile and related structures to make this work.
