What is this feature?

Introduce new Connections homepage

Why do we need this feature?

Give users a better visibility of the features under the connections page.

Who is this feature for?

Grafana users

Which issue(s) does this PR fix?:

Fixes https://github.com/grafana/grafana-community-team/issues/436

Obs: The OSS connections homepage shows "path not found" in the navigation path, but this was already fixed.

Please check that:

  • It works as expected from a user's perspective.
  • If this is a pre-GA feature, it is behind a feature toggle.
  • The docs are updated, and if this is a notable improvement, it's added to our What's New doc.
