This commit was autogenerated from a manual GAPIC -> Owlbot pipeline and was created by adding the two aforementioned methods as public methods in
selective_gapic_generation.methods. Internal samples for the two methods are removed and replaced with their public equivalents.This is needed for the upcoming prototype overlay code commit.
