I have not had a chance to test this locally yet due to unrelated technical issues. I'll try testing locally tomorrow. We could also merge this, try the release, and revert if needed. |

I couldn't test this locally because of googleapis/repo-automation-bots#5275, so I will go ahead and merge and try to release the API with these changes in. |
