Ability to make a transition to playbook from route #11932
Description
On the UI there is an ability to make a transition from route to flow, page or playbook:
But an API and libraries does not have an option to make a transition to playbook. The TransitionRoute contains only targetPage and targetFlow fields.
As an API via google-cloud-java user, I would like to have the same ability visible on UI.
