This change adds the contrib/samples module to the main pom.xml and introduces the aggregator pom.xml for the samples. This new POM includes various sample applications such as a2a_basic, a2a_remote, configagent, helloworld, and mcpfilesystem. PiperOrigin-RevId: 816380994
