I double-checked all my configurations after a fresh terraform install with the latest tag (6.10.1). My scale-up lambda is never invoked.

The webhook works and send the payload:

However the message never goes to SQS -> Lambda. Traffic goes to the EventBridge, but the scale-up never happens.

Could you explain what I should troubleshoot to get it to work please.
