This also conflicts with Travis' caching of gems.
This makes much more sense given that Janky/Travis both route through `cibuild`.
This configures the necessary `xvfb-run -a` command
This conflicts with Travis’ own caching strategy

script/bootstrap. The Travis YML has changed to cache both the gems and the node modules required by this site.script/cibuildfor Travis.
