* Started implementing CQRS pattern for the Todos
- Interfaces already exist
- Started implementation of the TodoQueryService
- Some Common DTOs
- renamed Todo into TodoItem

Still needs work:
- TodoCommandService has to be implemented
- Some parameters and DTOs need to be reworked
- Enitity Framework core for the TodoItem
- removed deprecated versions of the TodoService parts

* Implemented the ITodoCommmandService, with async methods.
Still needs work:
- Refactor the Controller to use the new CQRS services
- Create an implementation for the ITodoItemRepository
- Create a good validation pipeline for all incoming and outgoing data
- make sure strings are NOT nullable in the Domain and Application layer
- Implement additional endpoints in the controller
- Get a proper database
- Unittesting
- Proper error handling
