**Shutting down Windows without first exiting the app from the system tray pr... #5032
Shutting down Windows without first exiting the app from the system tray produces one "unknown application" shutdown-blocker prompt per open session, each needing manual dismissal.
Desktop app 1.1.31 (not a local source build), Windows 11 build 26300.
github.exe (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\GitHub Copilot\) spawns one copilot-runtime.exe child per active session, from %LOCALAPPDATA%\github-copilot-sdk\cli\copilot-sdk-runtime-1.0.102-0.unstable.r39844011292.g0401dd9\. Each child has an empty MainWindowTitle, so Windows cannot name it and labels it "unknown application" on the shutdown-blocker screen. With three sessions open I get three prompts, and the count tracks the number of sessions.
Expected: the runtime children terminate on WM_QUERYENDSESSION/WM_ENDSESSION, or the parent tears them down during session-end, so shutdown is never blocked. If a child must legitimately delay shutdown it should call ShutdownBlockReasonCreate with a meaningful reason rather than appearing unnamed.
Workaround: exit the app from the system tray before shutting down.
