Sets the patched version to 23.0.0 (the range ended at last_affected 22.0.4). The fix commit 743c22e5 ("Sec: Fix #GHSA-2mfj-r695-5h9r", already in the references) sanitizes $classpath, requires a .class.php file and forces the restrictedArea check in core/ajax/selectobject.php. It is contained in the tag 23.0.0 and later and not in 22.0.4, 22.0.5 or 21.0.4, which keep the unsanitized dol_include_once($classpath). 22.0.5 was released after 23.0.0 and is still affected, which last_affected 22.0.4 did not cover; there is no 22.x backport.
