Sets the patched version to 5.0.0 (replacing last_affected 4.0.0, which is equivalent: there is no release between 4.0.0 and 5.0.0). The fix commit a4489456 ("Remove SHA1 support from RSA key handling", already linked in the references) drops hashes.SHA1 for ssh-rsa and ssh-rsa-cert from RSAKey.HASHES. The commit is contained in the tag 5.0.0 and not in 4.0.0, whose rsakey.py still maps ssh-rsa to SHA1. PyPI has 5.0.0 (2026-05-09).
