I, as probably majority of devs, work in multi display environment, and I prefer to have XCode on one display and documentation & Copilot on another.
However every time I change the size of XCode window on primary display Copilot window jumps from secondary display to main display and sticks to XCode on the right edge (even if space is very small).

It is very annoing and I didn't find any way to disable it. I understand that it can be convenient for those who use single display, but this behaviour should be under some seting.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open XCode using more than one display
2. Set Github Copilot on the another display than XCode
3. Change the size of XCode window
4. Voila, Copilot jumps do XCode display
