Hi!

It would be nice if Gitgitgadget would add a sent label (or similarily named) when a PR is sent to the mailing list. This way it would be easier when browsing open PRs to differentiate those that were not sent yet from those that are not yet picked up in seen, but have been sent to the list.

I think it would be helpful because not yet sent PRs by new contributors are those that often benefit from a little help by more seasoned contributors, so it's nice if we can spot them more easily.
