fix(openai-agents): Remove hosted MCP tool spans (getsentry#6391)

Remove tool execution spans for hosted MCP tools.

Hosted MCP tools are executed by OpenAI infrastructure. These cannot be traced because the client HTTP call does not originate from the process in which the SDK is installed.

The span had an artificial timestamp and no meaningful duration.
