1)파이썬 라이브러리 버전 환경 관련 requests.txt수정, python version 3.6기반 -> 3.9버전으로 변경
2)이미지 서버 로컬 -> s3 변경 테스트 완료 및 적용
3)accounts views.py 코드 간소화 추후 계속해서 변경 및 네이버로그인 추가예정
