HashMap contains multiple foreach methods which are ambiguous

Seem to conflict in particular in earlier Java 8 (1.8.0_05) where calls to `foreach(F<P2<K, V>, Unit>)` and `foreach(Effect1<P2<K, V>>)` are ambiguous and compilation to a call fails.
