Following the approach suggested in #70987 (comment):
create-next-challengeandinsert-challengeadd a challenge to an existing block, while quizzes and exams have their own blocks and are created withcreate-new-project.newChallengePromptsnow filtersquiz,exam,examDownload, andinvalidout of the challenge type choices, so contributors can't select a type these scripts can't create.I made this change in the GitHub web editor and haven't run the scripts locally yet.
