Thanks to @vladzalevskyi our first contributor, we can refine a bit the contribution guidelines.

1. I think that we should mention that authors also edit the documentation markdown file to keep the documentation up-to-date.
2. We can also mention the that authors should have proper flake8 code formatting when submitting PRs and let them know what commands they should run to ensure that everything is OK.
