Description
- Add specific python version for the environment creation.
- Define the config with a standardized entrypoint (fails on some systems)
- Change the default nipype output directory (it should not touch the original data directory)
- Clarify that subjects do not include
sub- - Check CUDA versions for porting to other computers.
