A file called CONTRIBUTING.md should be created in the root folder of this repository. It should contain:

• details about how and why this workshop was created
• the direction it needs to stay on or head for
• instructions on how to contribute
• a description of the review/approval process of community contributions
• an explanation of expected time-to-merge.
