This PR adds a SECURITY.md file to document the project's supported security reporting expectations.
It defines:
which versions are expected to receive security updates;
how vulnerability reports should be submitted;
what parts of FeinCMS are in scope;
common out-of-scope cases.
The goal is to make security reporting clearer for researchers and maintainers without changing runtime behavior.
