This pull request adds CORS middleware to Koa and Express applications. It also adds a default
originsconfiguration to the generated application which will be used to initialise the proper Socket.io configuration and by@feathersjs/authentication-oauthas valid redirect URLs (theredirectoption is still available but no longer necessary).Closes #2703
