What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR transforms the Data Sources page into a tile-based catalog showing all supported source types with icons, descriptions, and "Create Connection" buttons.
Clicking a tile opens a context-aware form pre-populated for that source type, with fields organized into logical sections (Identity, Connection Details, Time Configuration, Tags)
