What this PR does / why we need it:

Since #458 enables provisioning of an nginx ingress with TLS, when connecting from outside the cluster, secure gRPC is required.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

N/A

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?:

If Feast Core or Serving gRPC APIs are listening on port 443, the Feast Client will default to enabling client-side TLS. If using non-secure gRPC on port 443, explicitly set the secure flag to false when constructing the client.

Hi @Yanson. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a gojek member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

@Yanson this PR looks good, but I think you will need to implement tests so that we know we aren't regressing in the future. Currently this is untested.
