Clickhouse offline store integration tests not run on CI/CD #5712

Expected Behavior
These tests should run on CI/CD. It's an actively used offline store in production. There's has been 1 case of major functionality degradation post 0.50.0, because these tests are not run on CI/CD.
Current Behavior
Clickhouse integration tests are not run on CI/CD.
Possible Solution
That's the question - what's the best workflow to put them into? At least master, ideally both master and PR. Would gladly contribute.
