increasing test coverage

- [x] screenshots from notebooks, probably useful for the users to see how to save snapshots of the canvas anyways
- [x] change ipywidget values, like sliders for image widget, check that it updates the plot data
- [ ] selector tools, need to see how to programmatically do pygfx events like mouse events etc.
