Use fonts the theme actually bundles
butterscotch asked for Fraunces and signal for IBM Plex Mono. Neither is registered in theme.json or present in assets/fonts, and the theme self-hosts every face - so those headings fell back to Georgia at a synthetic weight, and to whatever monospace the visitor's own system happened to have. Fraunces gives way to Noto Serif Display, the nearest bundled high-contrast display serif, and IBM Plex Mono to Space Mono, the only monospace here. All four now name their family as var(--wp--preset--font-family--<slug>) the way the other forty variations do, rather than a raw stack. A raw stack is what let two unregistered families through unnoticed, and it also leaves the Site Editor's typography panel showing no font selected.
