- Add ClearHistoryIcon with clock and X mark design
- Implement createClearHistoryAction to clear undo/redo stacks
- Add keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Z (Cmd+Shift+Alt+Z on Mac)
- Add Clear History button to toolbar with visual separator
- Button disabled when history is empty
- Prevents clearing during active operations (drawing, resizing, etc.)
- Add localization for 'Clear history' label
- Add comprehensive tests for clear history functionality
- Elements remain on canvas after clearing history
