Summary

Some project-keeper projects have updated to using PTB 4.0.0 for the action
Run exasol/python-toolbox/.github/actions/security-issues@4.0.0.

As seen in the screenshot, this is leading to errors, as the relevant imports are not accessible to non-Python projects. This should be adapted & a CI test should be made to prevent these issues in the future -> using the import linter. To see if there is a more valuable option in the future is another feature, but for now, this should help prevent future issues.
