Dear ESP8266 Team,

I used the ESP8266 for many years and I now bought some ESP07-S and ESP12-S modules.
The essential for my project is deep sleep.
What I reconized is the "s-modules" have problems with wake from deep sleep.

The schematic and wiring is shown here:
ESP8266-schematic

• G0: pulled up 10 K
• G15: pulled down 10 K
• RST: pulled up 10 K
• G16: connected with RST

But it show that the RST pulses differ:

ESP01 - wake ok:

wemos D1 mini - wake ok:

ESP07-S wake NOT ok:

ESP12-S - wake NOT ok:

Result:

What has changed in wiring inside ESP modules?
The ESP12-S shows the shortes pulse width of < 5 us compared to the other modules > 20 us, why?
